What material is used to make the cookie cutters and stamps?
Our cookie cutters and stamps are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based thermoplastic commonly made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.
PLA is lightweight and well suited for creating detailed cookie and fondant cutter designs.
How do I care for my cookie cutters and stamps?
To help keep your products in good condition:
• Hand wash gently with cool or lukewarm water and mild soap.
• Allow to air dry completely before storing.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Do not soak in hot water.
PLA can soften or deform when exposed to high temperatures.
Why might the colour of my product differ from the photos?
All Olivia Creations products are made to order.
Product colours may vary depending on the PLA filament available at the time of printing. The colour you receive may therefore differ from the colour shown in the product photos.
This does not affect the function or design of the product.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are shown on each individual product page.
As many of our designs have irregular shapes, measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
How is the product size measured?
The size shown on the product page generally refers to the approximate size of the design or impression produced when the cutter or stamp is used.
Depending on the shape of the design, the stated measurement may refer to its length or width.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
All Olivia Creations products are made to order in Singapore.
Orders are usually processed and ready for shipping within approximately 3 working days.
Orders received after 6 PM will be considered received on the next working day.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will first require approximately 3 working days for processing before shipping.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination:
🇸🇬 Singapore: Approximately 2–3 working days
🇲🇾 Malaysia: Delivery time varies by destination
🇦🇺 Australia: Delivery time varies by destination
🇳🇿 New Zealand: Delivery time varies by destination
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs clearance, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary depending on your delivery destination.
The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Can I cancel my order?
As our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of placing the order.
Please email olivia3dcreations@gmail.com or contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number.
If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

Our cutters and stamps are made to order in Singapore.
Do you offer express or faster shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping.
Does Olivia Creations accept custom orders?
We are currently not accepting custom orders.
However, our existing collection includes many designs originally inspired by customer requests and used by bakers.
