How long will it take to ship my order?

All Olivia Creations products are made to order in Singapore.

Orders are usually processed and ready for shipping within approximately 3 working days.

Orders received after 6 PM will be considered received on the next working day.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within approximately 3 working days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

🇸🇬 Singapore: Approximately 2–3 working days
🇲🇾 Malaysia: Delivery time varies depending on destination
🇦🇺 Australia: Delivery time varies depending on destination
🇳🇿 New Zealand: Delivery time varies depending on destination

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs clearance, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Can I cancel my order?

As our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of placing the order.

If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

Do you offer express or faster shipping?

Sorry, we currently do not offer express shipping.
