How long will it take to ship an order?

All items in the store are printed on demand. Orders will be shipped within 4 working days.

Note: Working Hours are 9AM to 6PM. Orders received after 6PM will be scheduled for the next working day

When will I receive my order once it is placed?

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 working days. Shipping across Singapore takes additional 2-3 days, depending on location.

So a total of 4 days + the number of days for shipping.

How much will shipping cost me?

Standard shipping is SGD5. 

How can I cancel my order?

Write to us at olivia3dcreations@gmail.com or get in touch with us via Whatsapp or Instagram with the order number and the reason for cancelling the order within 8hrs. We will issue a refund.
