Order Processing
All Olivia3DCreations products are made to order in Singapore. Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 3 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays. During peak periods or unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Singapore Delivery
Orders within Singapore are shipped using the delivery options available at checkout. Delivery time is additional to the approximately 3 working days required to prepare your order.

International Delivery
We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations, including Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, postal service, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control. The available shipping method and shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Olivia3DCreations is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
